To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn or unused

• Include all original tags

• Be in its original packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return has been approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and organise a replacement or refund.

For exchanges, the fastest method is to submit a return request and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customer Rights

Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery — no explanation required. The item must still meet the conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.
